Possibly the most anticipated race of the year for many will be happening this weekend at Cecil County Dragway. The Yellow Bullet Nationals is a race from within a forum, www.yellowbullet.com – which is unofficially the largest site on the internet for heads up, doorslammer racing.

Cecil County provides the north east with the best heads up action on a monthly basis.


The most anticiapted race to come to 75-80 Dragway went off with a bang and the crowds were amazed at record setting performances across the board. Mo Hall defied all odds after making contact with the wall in the first qualifier to come back and win the big money in the end.


For the second year in a row the Pritchett Brothers bring their Ultimate Outlaw series to Milan Dragway in Michigan. The skies are blue and the weather is hot, with temperatures in the upward 80’s some cars have been struggling to get a tune on the track. This event brings a whole new meaning to Outlaw racing in the north with classes like Outlaw 10.5, Outlaw drag radial and many LSX sanctioned classes. Drivers from as far as New York, Canada and Georgia have made the trip this weekend for the event.


This weekend’s ENZED Top Fuel Championships at Willowbank Raceway in Ipswich, Queensland has changed the shape of the chase for the Top Fuel, Pro Stock and Pro Bike championships in the ANDRA Pro Series.


So far, it’s been an amazing start to the 1320 activities in Bakersfield, with great car counts and pretty nice weather combining for the start of a historic weekend. It’s been a weekend where old meets new, and Ron Capps, Gary Densham, and some of the Pro NHRA drivers are on hand not to sign autographs, but to race. Capps is qualified in the #1 position as of Friday.
