some one should get a pettion to sign for people to give to ford motor company !that has the gliddens racing a new ford mustang bob glidden or billy glidden driving ! ford would be shocked on the results i bet!and even the people that would buy a ford again if ford did this would be shocking!and he is one of the greatest drivers and engine builders of all time!his son billy has some conections with ford i was told from fords engine stand at the us nationals at indy!ford needs apole on this on the internet and at ford dealersand on tv ad to see what people want!!and see what they are driving now !and see what they would be driving if they did sponsor the gliddens again!!

bob and his sons should get a car form ford and chassis and compete! with them people that know so much !and we would see hue wins!the first one for ford!with bob and his sons building there own engines! mr horsepower! bob glidden helped these guys to much period!john force should help the gliddens out and get billy glidden and johns daughters in the mix with a team ford racing team in prostock! thats an idea!

i agree with both frank and donn,but seeing bob glidden in or around anything ford would really be pushing it after the inhumane treatment they showed him!!!!!and to you ,donn if nhra would allow the original hemi head in pro stock we wouldn’t be seeing the chevy bow ties pulling them at the top end,these hemi’s that nhra are allowing the mopar teams to run had to pass nhra spec’s and a lot of engineering went into making them legal for nhra competition

It’s gonna be a big hill to climb. The GM guys have had years of R&D time on the big block Chevy, especially the heads. Still can’t believe they can pull a hemi at the top end.

i raced a 68 mustang in s/g back in 83 i lost the car at maple grove i kept active tuning other cars but lost intrest after the fords were factored out.this new ford motor has givein me a renewed intrest in drag racing i hope that b.g.gets involved

Ford needs to offer Bob Glidden a ride in the latest Pro-Stocker. Ford’s most popular driver ever… The last time Bob Ran was the last time I watched NHRA anything. Putting Bob or Billy in a Ford Pro-Stock car is like adding Milk to Cereal, it’s just a natural marrige…

There have been rumors that Bob Glidden may join Justin Humphrey’s efforts in Pro-Stock. Hopefully this comes true and puts the greatest Pro-Stock driver ever back where he belongs…with FORD

To the person with the Rev and speed limiter issue. yes, you can disable it. A tune will be required. I have a hand held tuner that allowed me to disable my Speed and Rev limiters. So if I can do it, so can you.

I have a 2004 ford ranger edge 4×4 with a 4.0 v6 they say that this model has no way to take out5 high speed limeter on it i have checked every where .IS IT POSSIBLE to get computer remap to solve this or4 what should i do. It cuts out at 92 mi. per hr.but pulls strong until it reaches its peak.

Yeah, there have been a few Fords competing, but with the new cylinder heads and block – Ford’s should really be competitive.
