Racers who use nitrous oxide are in constant need of having their bottles filled to get their required level of horsepower. Most of the time this involves them going to a third party to get the bottles filled either at a speed shop, or at the track. Applied Racing Components has a great solution for racers who do fill their own nitrous bottles with their Mother Bottle Warmer kit.

The Applied Racing Components Mother Bottle Warmer Kit uses a 15×24 sized bottle warmer that has specs of 900 watts and 110 volts. This system assists racers in refilling their nitrous bottles the fastest and most efficient way, by weight. Eric Breihan from Applied Racing Components goes into a bit more detail on how their system works. “By warming the mother bottle we convert the liquid nitrous into gas allowing all the nitrous to be transferred into the receiving bottle. By chilling the receiving bottle the gas is converted back to the liquid stage.”

The ARC system consists of a warmer and a safety feature to regulate the warmer. All you need to do is put a line on the system, add a ball valve, and make sure the receiving bottle is cold. The racer just needs to warm up the mother bottle and they can fill up the bottle in 30 seconds.

“To use this system you must have scales so you know how much nitrous is being pumped out of the mother bottle and into the receiver.  The system eliminates the mechanical pump and compressor so it creates more room in your trailer,” Breihan explains.
