Suping up your ride to a four-link suspension setup can prove to be something of a headache if shoddy, unproven parts are installed. Quarter-Max will not stand for it, and neither should you. That’s why you should check out the company’s new four-link system, which is made from beefy quarter-inch-thick 4130 steel plate, cut to exacting specifications by state-of-the-art equipment.
Official Release:
This new 4-link system from Quarter-Max offers the most adjustability you can get in a weld on front chassis 4-link bracket. The bracket is made from .250” thick 4130 steel plate and cut in house on our water Jet. The bracket has Qty – 8 .500” top holes and Qty – 8 .500” bottom holes for optimal tuning adjustability. The .500” holes are .625” apart on center. The center of the top cross member to center of the bottom cross member is 15”.
We recommend using our .500” NAS bolt kits on these brackets (sold separately)
These brackets are sold in a set of 4.
We also offer .125” thick 4130 Doubler brackets for the top and bottom holes that weld to the 4-link bracket to increase the thickness around the holes to .375” Doubler brackets are sold separately.
When mocking up and welding together brackets you should use grade 8 bolts. After all the welding is done you should ream the holes to correct size. DO NOT USE A DRILL BIT!
We recommend using NAS bolts.
