The Pritchett Brothers – Nate and Adam – recently announced the official 2011 schedule for their popular Ultimate Outlaw Shootout Series that will contest four events at four different venues.
The series will kick off its season on May 28 at the Piedmont Dragway in Greensboro, Carolina before heading North to the Milan Dragway in Milan, Michigan on June 11. From there, the series will visit another street car hotbed at the Cecil County Dragway in Rising Sun, Maryland July 9, and then closes out the season on September 17 at the Maryland International Raceway in Budds Creek, Maryland.
The Ultimate Outlaws will contest Outlaw 10.5, Outlaw Drag Radial, and the wildly popular X275 category on an eighth mile format, along with an 8.50 Index class on the quarter mile (5.80 at the Piedmont race). For those racers competing in the X275 class, the points champion at seasons end will also earn a spot in the exclusive TCI Pro-X King Of X275 Challenge later in the year. Each Ultimate Outlaws race will also see some varied classes, including bracket racing, additional index classes, late model EFI, and even Pro Modified. And something the Pritchetts want to make clear is that all purses at their events are guaranteed.
