Weld Racing’s Popular New RT-S Street Performance Wheels

Weld Racing’s all-new RT-S line of street and racing wheels are garnering a lot of attention from the SEMA crowd, with stunning looks and plenty of sizing and backspacing options that will give any car a killer new appearance.

These new RT-S wheels, which represent a more affordable take on Weld’s popular RT lineup, and combine multiple performance capabilities with the flexibility for use with a myriad of applications that’s been previously unseen in the street performance market. These wheels can be outfitted to 2010 performance vehicles, 60’s muscle cars, and even classic street rods. And while many such wheels on the market are often unable to accommodate a large set of brakes, the RT-S wheels can complement anything from a six-piston caliper to a 1940’s drum brake system by selecting any of Weld’s three pad height options.

RT-S wheels are of a three-piece, welded modular design that makes it possible to construct 15″, 17″, 18″, or 20″ sizes. Widths also range from 3.5″ front drag racing wheels to 18″,  affording plenty of options for tire sizes.

The wheel centers are CNC-milled forged billet for extra strength on high horsepower vehicles, and many models are available with black centers. These wheels have already become quite popular on modern muscle such as the Mustang and Camaro, and in a testament to their abilities, Larry Larson’s turbocharged Nova won this year’s Drag Week title with a sub-seven second, 200MPH pass on a set of custom RT-S wheels.

  • Welded modular construction
  • Available in three pad heights for brake clearance with many sizes of performance brakes
  • Widths fro 3.5 to 18.0 inches
  • Diameters include 15, 17, 18, and 20 inches
