[8]Yellow Bullet Nationals: Same Day Event Coverage here on DRAGZINE [9]. Rich Bruder bested Richie Stine for the X275 crown, and Steve Jackson and Alex Vrettos faced off in a heavyweight Outlaw Drag Radial finale, with Vrettos nabbing the title with his best run of eliminations, a 4.49, to defeat Jackson’s game 4.53.

[10]NMRA: Same Day Event Coverage on StangTV [11]. Mother Nature won big in Columbus at the next-to-last event on the NMRA schedule at the National Trail Raceway, cutting short Sunday’s eliminations and forcing the event’s conclusion at the finale in Bowling Green. In Bowling Green, Sam Vincent will meet Phil Hines for the Super Street Outlaw title, Alton Clements and Brian Mitchell will meet in the EFI Renegade finale, and Charlie Booze Jr. and Robbie Blankenship will once again challenge one another for Hot Street honors.

[12]IHRA Pro-Am: The IHRA’s Heat Wave Division 2 competitors mixed it up at South Carolina’s Darlington Dragway over the weekend for a two-day stint, where James Albertson took Top Dragster honors on day one with a final round defeat of a slowing Derrick Scholar, while Rick McDonough earned the Top Sportsman Ironman with a dead-on 4.780 and a quicker reaction time than opponent Cody Whitley. On day two, P.W. Hilling ran closer to the dial in the Stock Eliminator finale, besting B.J. Bianchi, and John Dustin was the victor in a close double-red light final with Donny Urban.
