If you’re looking for significant power gains out of your vehicle, a nitrous system is a simple way to boost an engine’s performance. While the C8’s LT2 6.2-liter is a new powerplant, it didn’t take the team at Nitrous Express long to develop a system for this high-performance machine. Thanks to their research and development department, NX was able to have a state of the art nitrous system ready for the market in just a few weeks. 

Ryan Lewis, Marketing Director at NX said, “We have multiple tuning shops choosing nitrous with the C8 platform because it is tuning limited at the current time, and a wet nitrous system is a great way to add horsepower without tuning.” According to Lewis, they also have multiple customers spraying as much as 150 hp with supporting modifications such as race fuel, colder plugs, and other accessories.

The NX LT2 6.2L C8 Corvette Nitrous Plate system features a unique billet plate design that bolts between the throttle body and intake manifold for a super clean installation. The nitrous plate uses NX’s Spraybarless technology for the ultimate in atomization, distribution, and performance. Even the system’s fuel and nitrous solenoids are cool and made of billet aluminum and carbon fiber for maximum performance and weight savings.

NX even went as far as to design custom solenoid mounting brackets with custom length lines to make this nitrous system as clean as possible. A direct-plug-in fuel line adapter is also included making fuel delivery effortless. 

The C8 Corvette Nitrous System includes:

• Arming switch
• Wide Open Throttle (WOT) Activation Switch
• Custom Solenoid Mounting Brackets
• Custom Length Stainless Steel Braided N2O and Fuel Lines
• Relay And Relay harness
• Jetting For 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, and 250 Horsepower
• All Necessary Hardware

Customers can order this system with a 10-, 12-, 15-pound bottle, or without a bottle. Systems ordered with a nitrous bottle include the new billet aluminum Lightning bottle valve and stainless bottle brackets.
