VP Releases STAY FROSTY Coolant And COOL DOWN Coolant Enhancer

New from VP Racing Fuels – their STAY FROSTY coolant and COOL DOWN coolant enhancer. These products are formulated for engines that require additional protection from overheating. See more details below.

Official Release:

VP Racing Fuels, Inc., regarded around the world as the leader in performance fuels and lubricants, today revealed their new STAY FROSTY coolants for high performance engines and for race competition.

“STAY FROSTY is a proprietary coolant formulated for engines that require additional protection from overheating,” said Andy Deel, Division Manager – VP Consumer Products. “In street and off-road uses, operating temperatures are reduced by up to 25° F compared to the conventional glycol-based coolants. For race applications, the ready to use STAY FROSTY race formula can reduce temperatures by as much as 100°F and since there’s no glycol, track surfaces won’t get slippery if there’s a spill or leak.”

Overheating an automotive or motorcycle engine will not only ruin an outing but can cause significant, costly damage. VP’s R&D team has been working with engine builders, racers, tracks, and race series from around the world for over forty years. The technology employed in STAY FROSTY High Performance and STAY FROSTY Race Formulas delivers two more products aimed at helping engines stay healthy.

COOL DOWN, a VP Madditives coolant enhancer, can be added to any radiator coolant system and is particularly helpful in racing, street, RV, and tow vehicle applications. Reducing cylinder temperatures by up to 50°F, COOL DOWN also protects sensitive aluminum alloys from corrosion and lubricates all vital coolant system components.

Features:

  • Formulated for engines that require additional protection from overheating
  • Reduces operating temperatures by up to 25° F compared to the conventional glycol-based coolants
  • Does not make track surfaces slippery if there’s a spill or leak
