The NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season-opener at Gainesville Raceway brought out drag racing legends, throngs of fans, and provided great racing action. There were plenty of old faces in new places across the pro categories. Anyone who was in attendance could feel the electricity in the air and could smell that new-season scent all weekend long.
