We spend a lot of time talking about how to get the best performance out of your race vehicle. But what we often forget is our tow vehicles. Let’s face it a lot of times we will neglect our tow vehicle until something goes wrong on it and leaves us on the side of the road calling Triple A. We are all guilty of it, we spend so much time working on our rides that we don’t put much thought into our tow vehicle. Well at the 2011 SEMA show we came across a new diesel intake elbow from S&B Filters that really turned our heads.

The new intake elbow is 100% machine cut and tig welded, and is a beauty to look at. “We’ve used advanced flow technology to produce an elbow that out performs everyone,” Said Barry Carter of S&B filters.

Machined inside and out, and then tig welded to produce a very strong intake elbow

S&B is known throughout the diesel markets for their cold air intake kits, universal filters, and their dry disposable filters. But they have really caught a lot of attention because of this elbow. The elbow featues include:

  • Handcrafted, TIG welded that provides a unique look and maximum strength
  • 8 CNC cut NPT ports.
  • Machined inside and out to produce the best flow characteristics possible.
  • New for 2012
