The bond between the drag racing league and the network dates back to 2016, and it continues to deliver high-octane content for the sport across multiple platforms, including the FOX One app. Every single one of the 20 races will hit the airwaves on either FOX or FS1 during this campaign, but the coverage also extends to the drama of the All-Star Callout events for Top Fuel and Funny Car, along with the GETTRX Callout races. The action officially begins March 5 at legendary Gainesville Raceway for the Gatornationals, and viewers can tune in for the Top Fuel Callout on Saturday afternoon or catch live eliminations on Sunday from 12 to 3 p.m.
Main network coverage remains a priority this year because FOX has committed to airing several major events on the broadcast channel to reach a wider audience. Fans should mark their calendars for the inaugural Potomac Nationals in Maryland on May 31 and the New England Nationals on June 7, but the summer schedule also puts the Summit Racing Equipment Nationals and the Northwest Nationals on FOX. The season peaks at the prestigious U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis over Labor Day weekend, and Monday eliminations for The Big Go will air on FOX on Sept. 7 following a 2025 broadcast that drew over a million viewers.
NHRA is also using smart scheduling to boost viewership during the playoffs because a Countdown to the Championship event will air adjacent to a professional football broadcast for the sixth straight year.
