While the real action on any given episode of the Discovery Channels’ Street Outlaws takes place out on the streets as the racers go toe-to-toe for a place of their respective lists, an equal, if not larger percentage of the show takes place right in the shops and garages of the drivers whose names have been made famous by the reality television cameras. And it’s there where all the race preparation and callouts happen, providing more than just a passing glimpse of what these guys and gals have going on at home base when they aren’t out racing. And chances are, if you’ve been paying attention, you’ve caught the Bendpak and Ranger Products name more than a couple of times on the air, holding the now household-name race cars high in the air.

Earlier this year, Bendpak and it’s sister brand, Ranger Products, makers of car lifts, wheel service machinery and equipment, and a whole host of other automotive shop equipment, teamed up with some of the stars of the new Street Outlaws: New Orleans program, putting their products front and center every Monday night on Discovery.

Kye-Kelley-Race-Shop-Street-Outlaws-New-Orleans-BendPak-Car-LiftsBendpak and Ranger worked closely with the shows’ preeminent star, Kye Kelley, who campaigns the always-tough “Shocker” Camaro, as well as Bobby Ducote and his “Lil’ Legend” Ford Maverick and Scott Taylor, who runs the “John Doe” big tire Oldsmobile Cutlass, in equipping their shops with Bendpak two and four-post car lifts for doing maintenance work between races, along with Ranger Target 3DPro wheel alignment machines and various other essential shop items. And it certainly doesn’t end there, as you can find the familiar white, blue, and yellow Bendpak lifts at commercial and private auto and race car shops all over the country.
