BendPak’s Pink Lifts Support Breast Cancer Research

In a new initiative to support breast cancer research, vehicle lift manufacturer BendPak is launching its “Lift for a Cure” campaign this October. The company is offering a limited-edition run of its most popular lifts in a bright pink finish, with 10 percent of the product price from each sale being donated to support people living with metastatic breast cancer. BendPak has set an ambitious goal of raising $50,000 through the campaign.

Pink Lifts for Breast Cancer Research

Throughout October, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, BendPak is offering an exclusive line of limited-edition bright pink car lifts, including its best-selling 10AP two-post lift. For each pink lift sold, 10 percent of the product price will be donated to METAvivorâ„¢ Research and Support, Inc. The goal is to raise $50,000 to help find a cure for metastatic breast cancer.

For BendPak principal Ginger Henthorn, the campaign is deeply personal. “Lift for a Cure honors my sister, Carolyn, and her daughter, Jennifer. We lost Jennifer to breast cancer in 2022,” Henthorn explained. The funds raised will go to METAvivor Research and Support, a charity chosen specifically because it focuses on funding research for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. This advanced stage of the disease is responsible for 115 deaths in the U.S. every day. Henthorn added, “These pink lifts do more than raise vehicles. They raise awareness and funding for vital metastatic breast cancer research to help people like Jennifer live longer.”

BendPak created the Lift for a Cureâ„¢ campaign supporting breast cancer research in honor of Carolyn and her daughter, Jennifer. The campaign is dedicated to raising funds to help find a cure for metastatic breast cancer.

Four of BendPak’s most popular ALI Certified lift models are available in the special pink livery, including their 10,000-pound capacity two-post lifts, 9,000-pound capacity four-post lifts, and the new 6,000-pound and 8,000-pound capacity QuickJack portable lifts. While the color is unique, the quality is unchanged. “These are the same lifts we build every day, finished in a color that carries meaning,” Henthorn said.

The Lift for a Cure campaign gives shop owners and home garage enthusiasts a unique opportunity to contribute to an important cause. Customers can purchase a pink lift or a campaign T-shirt, or donate directly to METAvivor through the campaign’s website. This initiative turns essential shop equipment into a powerful symbol of hope and a direct contribution to the fight for advances in breast cancer research.
