Event Preview: 2018 PDRA World Finals

The PDRA is ready to bring its Pro Mod-packed show to Virginia Motorsports Park once again for the 2018 PDRA World Finals October 18-21. A season’s worth of hard work for these teams will draw to a close at this mega-event for doorslammer racing. All the action can be seen live RIGHT HERE on SpeedVideo.com.

This year’s edition of the PDRA World Finals is special because it has been expanded to three days of racing instead of the typical two days of action — that gives fans an extra day to catch all the racing and competitors more track time to get runs in to close out their season strong. There will be more than enough racing to go around at this fall classic at Virginia Motorsports Park that you won’t want to miss.

With plenty of points battles still up for grabs, all of the PDRA professional classes are sure to be a dogfight all weekend. The sportsman classes are also seeing tight points races that won’t be decided until eliminations are over on Sunday. As always, the PDRA will have a great show that’s highlighted by the Gassers, jet cars, and more.
