Event Preview: PDRA Doorslammer Derby Presented by Stroud

The 2022 PDRA season continues as the group returns to Bowling Green, Kentucky, with the PDRA Doorslammer Derby Presented by Stroud at scenic Beech Bend Raceway Park on April 28-30.

With the next-door amusement park’s soaring rollercoaster serving as a backdrop, drag racers will blast down the strip in their own adrenaline-filled rides in hopes of capturing glory and the win in the Bluegrass State.

Big classes such as Pro Nitrous, Pro Boost, Xtreme Pro Stock, Pro 632, Top Sportsman, and Top Dragster highlight huge horsepower, while the Jr. Dragster classes give the next generation of racers a chance to develop their skills. Additionally, the popular Bracket Bash category pits talented teams against one another where skill and strategy combine.

Fans who are in attendance on Friday night will be treated to PDRA’s famous Friday Night Fire spectacular with jet-engine dragsters and more.
