Good Vibrations Motorsports Returns As IHRA Nitro Jam Event Sponsor

For the third consecutive year, Good Vibrations Motorsports, one of the industry leaders in supercharged and mechanical fuel injection applications, will sponsor selected International Hot Rod Association Nitro Jam Drag Racing Series national events.

Good Vibrations will headline four events as presenting sponsor in the revamped Nitro Jam Series, including the Southwestern Nationals in Tucson on March 21-22, the San Antonio Nationals in San Antonio, Texas, on March 28-29, the Mopar Rocky Mountain Nationals in Edmonton, Alberta, on July 4-6 and, new for 2014, the Pittsburgh Nationals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on August 1-2. Good Vibrations will also expand its sponsorship support of the IHRA’s sportsman racing program, returning as the title sponsor of the Top Sportsman and Top Dragster classes that compete on the Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am Tour presented by AMSOIL.

Former Funny Car driver Jim Maher founded Good Vibrations Motorsports, located in Whittier, California, in 1989 to deliver high performance racing products to the aftermarket. In the 25 years since, Good Vibrations has become a go-to source for supercharger and mechanical fuel injections components. Maher and his team are excited about partnering again with one of the most exciting drag racing organizations in the world.

“My staff and I are looking forward to attending select Nitro Jam events this season. As a presenting partner of the IHRA, Good Vibrations Motorsports will be a part of the series’ return to its roots, featuring Nitro Funny Cars, Nitro Harleys, Fuel altereds, Mountain Motor Pro Stockers, and Jet Dragster in a traditional competitive format.
