It’s that time once again, as the latest episode of the NHRA’s Nitro Rewind has hit the digital newsstands. This week’s episode highlights the recent NHRA Supernationals in Englishtown, where Spencer Massey and Mike Neff both collected wins, while previewing the upcoming Ford NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals in Bristol on June 17-19. The internet-based broadcast produced by John Force Entertainment and hosted by longtime NHRA voice man Bill Stephens features interviews from many of the top competitors, crew chiefs, and other personalities in the Top Fuel and Funny Car categories.
“Castrol GTX’s Mike Neff gives Nitro Rewind viewers great insight into the pressure of winning in front of the sponsors as well as how important the team aspect of drag racing is,” John Force Entertainment’s Ashley Force Hood told Nhra.com.
“We are getting into the groove of making Nitro Rewind, and now our goal is to get as many people as possible to watch our show as well as the ESPN2 broadcast. We have some great races for Countdown spots in the last half of the regular season, and we are going to highlight the drivers in those battles in coming shows.”
This week, Nitro Rewind catches up with Massey, who won back-to-back races in Englishtown and Topeka in Top Fuel at the wheel of the FRAM dragster, along with fan favorite drivers Dave Grubnic and Antron Brown who share their thoughts on the Bristol experience.
