Its unfortunate it rained and we tried to do what we thought was right by everybody came a long way to be able to continue to race to get a winner. We really needed a winner, we tried and came out the next day and the weather was good but we had some water seeping on the top end due to the rain. The time permitting wasn’t going to be able to finish the race so we decided to go ahead and call it and split the purse so the racers had some money to go home with.- Donald Long
