CFE Racing Products’ intake manifolds and cylinder heads are legendary within the racing world – they’ve powered champions for the better part of the last thirty-plus years in classes like NHRA Pro Stock, Pro Mod, and other top-of-the-heap eliminators.
At the recently-completed NMCA World Street Finals, Steve Summers absolutely dominated in the NMCA’s Street class, turning in a string of 5.80’s on his way to winning the event over Billy Glidden in the final round. In the process, he became the Pro Street record-holder and owner of the quickest run in Pro Street history with his gorgeous Jerry Bickel-built ‘70.5 twin-turbo Camaro.
Summers relies on a Jasiek Racing Engines-built powerplant that uses a CFE billet big-block Chevy engine block topped with with the latest set of CFE’s big-block Chevy billet cylinder heads and a CFE’s billet intake manifold.
Also in NMCA competition, Mark Micke, driving Jason Carter’s ’78 Malibu, wrapped up the NMCA Super Street title with a great showing in the class, winning four of the five events the team attended throughout the course of the season.
But they didn’t stop there – they also clinched the ADRL Pro Drag Radial title at the same time. Micke and Carter use a Nelson Competition, Inc.-prepared engine that’s been topped off with CFE’s cylinder heads.

And in the NHRA Pro ranks, Jeg Coughlin, Jr. took home the win at the 29th Annual Auto Plus Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway on the first weekend of October.
Coughlin runs the CFE CNC ported HEMI 99 cylinder heads and a CFE billet runner intake manifold to match.
Erica Enders-Stevens also relies on CFE’s products to power her to the winner’s circle, which she did at the Midwest Nationals at Gateway Motorsports Park at the end of September.
She’s got CFE’s CNC Ported DRCE cylinder heads and a CFE Billet-runner intake manifold as well.
As you can see, CFE is in the business of powering winners. Check out their website and you too can end up in the winner’s circle by relying on their decades of expertise.
