Motion Raceworks Acquires Mark Williams Enterprises

Motion Raceworks has announced its acquisition of the legendary driveline manufacturer, Mark Williams Enterprises. The October 1 announcement confirms that Motion Raceworks has purchased 100 percent of the Colorado-based company, bringing one of the most respected names in racing under its rapidly growing portfolio of brands.Motion WorksFor over 60 years, Mark Williams Enterprises has been a huge contributor to the high-performance world. Founded in 1964, the company built a solid reputation for producing some of the world’s finest driveline components. It includes axles, driveshafts, spools, and yokes, all from its 32,000-square-foot facility. Their commitment to in-house manufacturing, heat treating, and quality control made their products a top choice for serious racers across multiple disciplines.

This acquisition is the latest in a series of strategic purchases by Motion Raceworks, which has previously added TBM Brakes, RIFE Sensors, Gspot Sensors, and R&R Oil Pump Systems to its stable. The company stated that bringing Mark Williams Enterprises into the fold provides crucial strategic manufacturing capabilities that will fuel future product development and expansion, not only for the Mark Williams brand but also for Motion Raceworks and TBM Brakes.Mark Williams EnterprisesMotion Raceworks has confirmed that it plans to continue operations at the existing Colorado facility while retaining the highly skilled team. With Motion Raceworks acquiring Mark Williams Enterprises, the deal represents a powerful combination of old-school credibility and new-school momentum. By acquiring a foundational brand, Motion Raceworks made sure that the legacy of quality will continue, now backed by a larger, forward-thinking organization.
