NHRA Contingency Sponsorship By Mac’s Custom Tie Downs Announced

Mac’s Custom Tie Downs has been providing tie-down systems for trucks and trailers since 1993 and has expanded to bring tie-down solutions to many applications, as well as new products. Now Mac’s is offering their customers even more with a sponsorship for the NHRA contingency program. Now if you compete and win, you’ll be eligible for some great Mac’s products.

MAC’S CUSTOM TIE DOWNS ANNOUNCES NHRA CONTINGENCY SPONSORSHIP

Sagle, Idaho – Mac’s Custom Tie Downs is pleased to announce that it will be a contingency sponsor with the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) for the 2012 race season. After years of supporting American race car drivers and team owners with its line of high quality transportation products – from the Chassis Stabilizer to wheel nets, tie-down kits and more – the Idaho based manufacturer is proud to support the most American of motorsports, professional drag racing.

“This represents a significant financial obligation, but we believe in supporting and thanking the racers that have supported us for years,” said Mac’s Tie-Downs president Colin McLemore. “Mac’s will have a booth with product on display and company reps on hand to provide tech support at NHRA events across the country, and we will reward Mac’s customers that compete and win. We have this opportunity because the public collectively has stepped up and chosen American-made products, when cheaper options often exist. We believe working with the NHRA allows us to give back to our core customers, and we look forward to seeing some great racing.”

Qualifying Mac’s products include round and rectangular Chassis Stabilizers, the Pivot Plate engine lifting system, the Ultra Pack tie-down system, Spreader Bar Wheel Nets and a Fold-Down Work Bench. All products must be purchased within twelve months preceding the race, and per NHRA rules all racers must display the Mac’s contingency sponsor decals on their car.
