NMCA Coverage Continues onto Monday Due to Rainout

It is like clock work at the NMCA season opener in Bradenton.  Every year, for the last 4-5 years, it has rained on Sunday.  Nothing different this year, though trying to run and end the race at 1 am, the Promedia staff decided to run the race today.  Even though the rain stopped for the most part by 5 PM the pits can’t drain it all out so most of the races on the pro side had to move their rigs either farther down track or into the staging area.  Not much happened yesterday and today will be a full slate of heads up racing.  The weather looks very good for today with clear skies and a slight breeze from the south west.
