Ahead of this weekend’s Amalie Oil NHRA Gatornationals, the South Georgia Motorsports Park is hosting its annual Eastern Spring Test Nationals, affording competitors one final tune-up on its all-concrete racing surface ahead of the traditional east coast NHRA opener. A host of teams took advantage of the opportunity to make final preparations, particularly those in the Pro Modified and Factory Stock Showdown eliminators, which will kick of their 2019 campaign in Gainesville. Among those in attendance was the Elite Motorsports camp, with the Pro Stock machines of Erica Enders and Jeg Coughlin (driving his throwback-schemed Jegs entry) and the Pro Modified Camaros of Enders and Alex Laughlin, along with Ryan Priddy in the new Nick Mitsos-owned FS/XX entry, David Barton, Arthur Kohn, David Janac, and a host of other sportsman entries.
