“Street Outlaws No Prep Kings” Announces First Stops On 2023 Tour

Pilgrim Studios, producer of the “Street Outlaws No Prep Kings” series, has over the last two weeks released six stops that comprise the first leg of season six of the wildly popular live event drag racing series. Fourteen total events will make up this season’s schedule, which will begin at Hebron, Ohio’s National Trail Raceway the weekend of June 2-3. The opener will lead into what is, at this time, a five-race stretch over five weeks, as the series will visit the Virginia Motorsports Park in Petersburg, Virginia on June 9-10, Brainerd International Raceway in Brainerd, Minnesota June 16-17, Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky June 23-24, and New England Dragway in Epping, New Hampshire June 30-July 1.

The series will take a brief breather before resuming at the Tulsa Raceway Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma August 11-12; it will then visit Eagle Raceway in Boise, Idaho, August 25-26, the Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, Colorado, September 8-9, West Salem, Ohio’s Dragway 42 September 22-23, Maple Grove Raceway near Reading, Pennsylvania September 29-30, Michigan’s US 131 Motorsports Park October 6-7, and GALOT Motorsports Park in North Carolina October 13-14. The season will then culminate with a return to Alabama International Dragway in Steele, Alabama October 20-21, and the Texas Motorplex in Ennis, Texas October 27-28.

Additional events will be announced every Monday in the run-up to the season opener. DRAGZINE will update this story with more information as it becomes available.

Along with what is anticipated to be the most hotly-contested champion ship race to date, the 2023 season will see the debut of a number of new cars and combinations, as well as drivers aiming to make the 32-car invitational. Those include Randy Williams and his sleek new Dodge Challenger, the debut of Kye Kelley’s new screw-blown Buick Regal, Nate Sayler and his bad-fast Chevy II, “Daddy Dave” Comstock’s beautiful new Audi S5, Chris Rankin’s new Chrysler Conquest, a fresh new “Bonnie” ’69 Camaro from Lizzy Musi, Brandon James’ new screw-blown ’69 Camaro, Jerry “Monza” Johnston’s brand new ’70 Chevelle, and others, from drivers the likes of Justin Swanstrom and Mike Murillo, that are still to be revealed.
