
If you’re looking to start a career in the performance racing industry, you’ll want to check out the School of Automotive Machinists & Technology (SAM Tech) educational programs, and the school still has openings for the remaining enrollment dates of 2023.
In addition to offering professional-level machining and engine assembly education, the school also offers an EFI tuning class as well. Students are able to earn an associate of applied science degree from the Houston, Texas-based school, and the program sets them up as quality candidates for jobs in the highest levels of motorsport.

SAM Tech’s schedule of programs includes a Block Program – Automotive Engine/Block Machining, Cylinder Head Program – Automotive Engine/Cylinder Head Machining, a Combo Program – Automotive Engine/Block & Cylinder Head Machining, a CNC Machining Program, and the aforementioned EFI Calibration Program.
