How’d you like to win one of the new Radio Controlled Courtney Force replica Traxxas Funny Cars?
Thanks to a new giveaway being promoted by our good friends at Weld Racing, you can get yourself in line to win one of these awesome replica racers, and the best part is that there’s no purchase necessary to enter the drawing.
Weld Racing, which just recently unveiled the revolutionary new Delta-1 series of drag racing wheels for Top Fuel Funny Car, Pro Modified, and Pro Stock racers, will be giving away one of the Courtney Force scale replica Traxxas Ford Mustang Funny Cars on September 2, following the NHRA U.S. Nationals and the Traxxas Nitro Shootouts held at the Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis over Labor Day weekend. One person will be chosen each day between July 1st and September 1st, and on September 2nd, a winner will be drawn from the contestants selected since July 1st. The daily finalists will be posted on both the Weld Racing homepage and Facebook pages prior to the final drawing for the winner.
To enter the contest, simply visit the Hyatt Racing trailer on the manufacturers midway at upcoming NHRA full Throttle series events Norwalk, Denver,
Sonoma, Seattle, Brainerd, or Indianapolis to pick up and entry card. You can also enter by using the QR code on the card or by entering the listed URL on your computer’s web browser. Just complete the information on the card and submit it for your chance to win. As an aside, the contest is open only to those 18 years of age or older and only one entry is allowed per contestant. Multiple entries will eliminate the contestant’s chance to win.
For those who have yet to see these new replicas from Traxxas in action (there are also replicas of Robert Hight, John Force, and Mike Neff’s Ford Mustangs), these 1/8-scale machines reach speeds of over 70 mph and can actually carry the wheels at full tilt — all helping the new model earn RC Car Action Magazine’s “Car of the Year” award.
