The track staff has been hard at work this weekend keeping the track in good condition scraping the line often between classes or when ever rubber gets built up too much on the line and cleaning various oil downs.

We stopped by Marty Stinett's pits to have a chat. He is running in Outlaw Drag Radial this weekend with his Garrett turbo force fed Mustang. Sponsors include PTC, Garrett Turbos, Southern Speed Racing, Jeff Burns Racing Engines, Proformance Racing Transmissions, VP Racing Fuels, and Tweakin' Performance.

We dropped by number eleven qualifier in Nitrous X Tricky Ricky Shelby who drives this 1991 GT Mustang. for Lance Howard. The team is based out of Pace, Florida with power from Big Mac Racing engines in Panama City Beach, Florida. The car was built in house with suspension and assorted parts from Racecraft, rear shocks from Menscer Motorsports a PTC trans and converter. A single stage nitrous kit from Induction Solutions sits under a Pro Systems Carb. I'd like to thank Lance Howard for the opportunity to drive his car, my family and friends here, Jason Spinks, RD and his son Josh and God for blessing me with this opportunity.

Well folks we are sad to announce No Mercy VI has been called for inclement weather. It’s been raining lightly for a couple of hours and more coming up from the Gulf of Mexico so we are unable to finish the event.
