The Redemption No Prep series is set to rock the Texas Motorplex in Ennis, Texas May 26-27th when Redemption 7.0 comes to town. This event will be a wall-to-wall weekend of nothing but amazing No Prep racing action that will set the stage for the Redemption Series’ 2017 season. Every round of this colossal event will be broadcast LIVE right here on SpeedVideo.com when the action begins at the Texas Motorplex!
In years past, the Redemption No Prep series was just several standalone events, but for 2017 the series creator Shannon Morgan has turned it into a full-blown points chase for the racers. Over the course of four events participants in the series will have the chance to race for some of the biggest guaranteed payouts in No Prep, and they’ll be vying for a nice enclosed trailer as a points championship prize.
Friday’s action will kick off with a special Small Tire class shootout where racers will be competing for over $8,000 in purse money. The action on Friday will also feature an Old School Outlaw class that will give the traditional back-half Big Tire cars a chance to battle it out for their own $8,000 payout. If that wasn’t enough, fans will be treated to the always-exciting True Street class, along with Sportsman, Factory Street, Factory Truck, and Jr. Dragster racing action.
The No Prep insanity at Redemption 7.0 grows to a fever pitch when the racing begins on Saturday with the biggest payouts and fastest classes of the weekend. Fans will get to see all the biggest stars of No Prep and Street Outlaws lock horns during the Saturday Small Tire and Outlaw Big Tire class racing, with both classes paying $20,000 to the winner. The action doesn’t stop there as the Outlaw Street, Outlaw Small 29.5, King Of The Tail Gate, 6.50 Index and 5.80 Index classes all try to bring home the Redemption 7.0 title and bragging rights.
