The 2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series was one for the record books. So much happened as the tour crisscrossed the United States and it all came to a head at Pomona Dragstrip. At the finals, we got to see Austin Prock smash through the 340 mph barrier in his Funny Car, the same weekend he secured his first world title. Guage Herrera showed that he’s more than just a one-hit wonder in Pro Stock Motorcycle. In Top Fuel, Antron Brown ran the table to win his fourth NHRA championship. Greg Anderson went to war in Pomona, and nailed down his sixth world championship.
While the majority of us couldn’t be there, Mark Riker was and he captured some amazing images for Dragzine.
