Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, the NHRA silly season finds a new gear. There are now strong rumors circulating that Austin Prock, his father Jimmy, and brother Thomas could be exiting John Force Racing. This comes on the heels of Austin winning his second straight NHRA Funny Car world title.
What makes this so wild is the fact that John Force Racing has already announced massive changes late in the 2025 season. Brittany Force dropped the bombshell news that she would be stepping away from driving to start a family. Then, Josh Hart was announced as the new driver of her Top Fuel Dragster. Then, right before the NHRA World Finals, John himself made it official that he would be retiring from the driver’s seat.
