No matter what type of battery you use, heat and vibration can reduce the battery’s life span and even cause leaks. The Cell Saver can protect your battery from both of these issues and provide an extra layer of protection against leaks. Each kit comes with the insulation wrap, a treated base mat that reduces vibrations the battery is exposed to, and thermal tape to install the wrap around the battery.
The Cell Saver insulation can withstand 2,000°F of radiant heat. This type of heat protection allows you to install your battery nearly anywhere in a vehicle without having to worry about heat exposure. The insulation can also be trimmed to work with any size or type of battery.
