KB Titan Racing has elevated more than just the performance of the Pro Stock class; it has also helped change how the business of Pro Stock is conducted. The leadership team of KB Titan is now ready to extend that successful business model into the world of Pro Mod racing with new ownership partner Keith Haney.
Eric Latino, Jim Whiteley, Greg Anderson, and Rob Downing have forged KB Titan into an absolute powerhouse. They embraced a new approach to doing business in Pro Stock, which has helped grow the class. Racers come to KB Titan with just their safety gear and competition license and instantly gain access to a top-tier Pro Stock operation. This model has produced both wins and championships on the track.

Keith Haney is a successful businessman both in and out of the racing world. He owns multiple automotive businesses, along with the Mid-West Drag Racing Series, Tulsa Raceway Park, and Tulsa Speedway. This gives Haney unique insight into the business side of racing, so it made sense for him to become part of KB Titan and help expand its footprint into Pro Mod competition.
“I’ve seen how the KB Titan operation works, and I’m excited to be part of it,” said Haney. “When this partnership came together and we started discussing the Pro Mod program, I got really excited. Jim, Eric, and I all share that same passion for Pro Mod, and the structure is in place to take this to the next level. The Pro Stock program is already very successful, and using that same formula for Pro Mod will further elevate KB Titan Racing as a whole.”

“One of the things I’m most excited about is the opportunity to provide exceptional value to the marketing partners that work with KB Titan Racing and KBT Pro Mod. When new partners come on board, they won’t just be associated with one car or driver—they’ll be represented across our entire network and on every car. Having the ability to do that greatly expands our reach and makes a strong statement for the partners who align with KB Titan.”
KB Titan currently has a building under construction on the grounds of its Mooresville, North Carolina, facility to house the new Pro Mod program. It will be equipped with the machinery and staff needed to support KBT Pro Mod operations. This means the company will offer packages that include Pro Mod licensing programs, engine leasing, and even fully staffed race operations.

“We’re excited to bring Keith on board. He brings years of experience and lives and breathes drag racing just like we do,” said Latino. “We’re going to do great things together as we expand and strengthen KB Titan Racing and what we offer our marketing partners.
“What we did with Pro Stock gave drivers the opportunity to jump into a competitive car and race at the highest level without having to make the huge investment of owning an entire race operation. Now we’re expanding to offer that opportunity to drivers who want to race Pro Mod—whether they prefer nitrous cars, screw blowers, or turbo combinations, we’ll have it. I’ve come to love Pro Stock and see a great future there for KB Titan Racing, but I’ve always been a Pro Mod racer. It’s a great class, and I’m looking forward to seeing new drivers come in through the KBT Pro Mod program and fall in love with it, too.”
The plan is for the KBT Pro Mod program to launch in 2026 and continue expanding as additional customers join the team.
