On one hand, nobody likes to see others’ misfortunes — engine and driveline failures, crashes, wheelstands that end in broken parts, and so on — because at the end of the day, that could be us. But, much like watching an actual trainwreck, we want to look away but simply can’t. And that, folks, is why we have decades upon decades of crash-laden highlight reels: folks don’t want to see bad things happen, but in all honesty, they do want to see them.
England’s Kieran Jenkins compiled clips from the last five years from all sorts of venues in his native land, featuring crashes, wheelstands, and violent parts failures. Fortunately, none appeared life-threatening or particularly serious, but no doubt they put a hurt one some pocket-books and pride.
