VP Signs on as Official Fuel for Inaugural TEXA$ 250K

You know what they say: everything is bigger in Texas. And over Halloween weekend this fall, even the drag racing payouts will go big. Scheduled for the weekend of October 28-31, the inaugural TEXA$ 250K will take place at Dallas Raceway in Dallas, TX that is sure to bring the big money bracket racers out of the woodwork from all corners of the country for a piece of the prize.

With $250,000 on the line to the winner, the TEXA$ 250K will be one to mark on the calendar. The Thursday program will include a 64-car shootout vying for a $10,000 winners check, followed by another 10-grander on Friday. If the entries for the Saturday program exceed 500, they will compete for the huge $250,000 payday. The event will conclude on Sunday with a $5,000 to win race that might help ease the pain of missing that 250K check on Saturday. Scotty Richardson’s Drag Racing School will also conduct a class as part of the festivities, along with a 32-car Super Pro race for the students.
