Hailing from Alpharetta, Georgia, TopSpeed Motorsports carried their Alpha-16 Nissan GT-R on the road to FL2K15 being held at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton, Florida in hopes to run some big numbers. They never expected to load up at the end of the weekend with the quickest and fastest Alpha-16 GT-R on the planet with a 7.86 at 176 miles per hour blast.
Many things must align for this to happen — adequate traction, precise shifts of each gear, near perfect tune, and most of all, raw horsepower.

A little peek under the hood reveals more accents in the lime green theme, carried over from the interior.
TopSpeed Motorsports relies upon Diamond Pistons to keep all the compression inside the cylinder walls of the powerful engine under the Nissan’s hood. Diamond offers numerous details like the moly skirt coating to ensure cold start protection and ultra flat ring grooves for the best seal possible which made the decision effortless for a team looking for a killer product for their race car. Strong internal engine parts are a necessity when trying to pump hundreds of horsepower through a combustion engine. The parts that are helping supply maximum horsepower are just as important.
TopSpeed also relies on Turbo By Garrett and one of their GT37-R turbochargers to bolt on and create massive amounts of boost.
After getting all the key pieces in place, the Alpha-16 monster was ready for the track. After numerous shakedowns and outings, the tune-up was spot-on and the driver was comfortable in the car, TopSpeed Motorsports rolled to FL2K15 to send a message and they did just that!
