NMRA and NMCA racers are ready to square off at Route 66 Raceway July 25-28 when the 14th Annual Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl Of Street Legal Drag Racing begins. It will be a weekend jam-packed with racing where champions will be crowned, and you can see all the racing on SpeedVideo.com RIGHT HERE when the action begins.
Every year the NMRA and NMCA come to Route 66 Raceway for the biggest event of the season. Racers from each series will be competing to win their class and pick up championship points. Plus, they will be trying to win their way into the once-a-year Super Bowl runoff. Fans will get to see some great racing during the Super Bowl portion of the event as racers from the NMRA and NMCA go head-to-head each chasing the coveted Nitto champion ring.
If you don’t have a full-fledged racecar and want to get in on the action, you can at the NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl. The True Street class will be contested with opportunities for cars that run anywhere from 9- to 15-seconds to get on the track and make some passes. The Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout and the Chevrolet Street Car Challenge are coming back to the NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl for 2019, too.
There will be plenty to check out off the track for fans just like every NMRA or NMCA event — a manufacturers’ midway, swap meet, and car show will be set up on the grounds of Route 66 Raceway during the event. If you can’t find it at the Super Bowl you just don’t need it!
