Radial tire racing takes center stage once again at South Georgia Motorsports Park (SGMP) when the Sweet 16 3.0 comes to town. Duck X Productions is bringing the excitement of small-tire racing to an intimate environment with limited fan and racer attendance, and all of the action will be shown live RIGHT HERE on FloRacing.
The now-annual Sweet 16 is known for giving racers the ultimate playing field to test the ability of their radial-tire machines. Each Sweet 16 has provided some of the most memorable moments in small-tire racing, and this year’s event could be the best one yet, and a delay of several months has allowed racers to further fine-tune their machines for this homerun derby event. Fans around the world are ready to see records broken and the best racing on radials at the Sweet 16 3.0 the weekend of October 9-11.
This year, Duck X Productions has added the Pro 275 category to the mix at the Sweet 16 — the Pro 275 class has become one of the most electrifying eliminators in small-tire racing thanks to the competitors who fill its ranks. Returning for this year’s Sweet 16 will be X275 and, of course, Radial vs The World, two classes that are highly competitive. Last year, Kevin Rivenbark claimed the crown in Radial vs The World while Rich Bruder won the X275 title. Both of those teams will be back this year to try and become the first repeat winners at the Sweet 16.
