Having a well-built fuel system goes beyond using a big pump that can flow tons of gallons per hour — you also need the supporting parts, like a fuel pressure regulator to keep things in check. Quick Fuel Technology understands the requirements for a quality fuel system, so they offer many parts, including fuel pressure regulators, to help make any fuel system work at its best.
To meet the needs of their customers, Quick Fuel offers a variety of fuel pressure regulators that can fit virtually any application out there. These include basic cast-body regulators, race-oriented billet units, multi-port regulators, and billet regulator manifolds that can support up to four fuel pressure regulators. All of these fuel pressure regulators can work with different styles of fuel systems.
The cast regulators have been redesigned by Quick Fuel to allow for more material around the ports to prevent cracking that can occur in this style of regulator. These units are able to support up to 600 horsepower and can operate in the 4.5-9 psi fuel range. The billet regulators are assigned specific colors based on the type of fuel system they can support. These billet regulators are able to handle more fuel pressure and are available in a dead-head configuration to just control fuel pressure. All of the Quick Fuel regulators are designed so they can be rebuilt with a replacement spring and diaphragm kit.
