If there’s one thing that aftermarket companies like Mr. Gasket are good at, its developing products that solve problems for racers. Trying to move fuel from large containers to smaller containers can be a messy affair, but thanks to the Electric Transfer Pump from Mr. Gasket, the process is a whole lot easier.
When you’re doing a lot of racing it makes financial sense to purchase your fuel in bulk, but that means you’re typically going to deal with larger containers. The problem is loading and unloading 15 or 55-gallon drums of fuel in your trailer isn’t easy, and transferring the fuel to smaller containers presents a new set of challenges. That’s what makes the Electric Transfer Pump great — it’s designed to be used by racers to move fuel from a big drum to a fuel jug.

The team at Mr. Gasket had racers entirely in mind when it designed this pump — this starts with the telescoping suction pipe that can be used with 15 or 55-gallon drums. Hand-crank pumps are used by racers, but they can be a hassle to deal with, so Mr. Gasket made its pump electric and it will work on 120V or a 12V battery. The pump has a discharge hose that’s over 6-feet long, so it has plenty of reach, and it has a nice nozzle at the end to help make sure there’s no spilled fuel. Speaking of fuel…this pump is compatible with race gas, E85, ethanol, methanol, and even DEF fluid.
