The highly-anticipated Precision Turbo and Engine Pro Series 66mm CO2-specific wastegate is now available for purchase to distributors and consumers. This new addition to PTE’s product line is constructed from high grade, high temperature stainless steel and billet aluminum components for the best in strength, style and functionality at an affordable price. Featuring a 347 stainless investment cast valve body, this 66mm external wastegate provides consistent performance without the worry of fatigue or failure while also allowing for accurate boost control.

The 66mm CO2-specific Pro Series wastegate is fully adjustable, and has 3 individual ports (2 on the bottom can and 1 on the top can) for the ultimate in control. Designed specifically for use with CO2-based boost control systems, the wastegate offers quicker response time, accuracy, and durability under the high pressure demands of CO2 actuation, when compared to standard wastegate designs. PTE’s 66mm Pro Series external wastegate also incorporates unique, stabilizing “Precision Pins” which prevent the inlet and outlet flange from spinning.

Internally, the 66mm CO2-specific Pro Series wastegate (PN PBO085-3500) utilizes a Nickel Chromium Alloy valve and comes complete with stainless steel inlet and outlet flanges as well as all clamps necessary for installation. Additionally, each Pro Series wastegate comes with several different 17-7 precipitation hardened springs for further adjustment of desired boost levels.

Precision Turbo and Engine’s 66mm C02-specific Pro Series wastegate is compatible with most aftermarket manual and electronic boost controllers for ease of use. As an added bonus, each Precision Turbo external wastegate is warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defect for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles.
