PTE’s New Stainless Steel V-Band Inlet/Outlet Turbine Housings

Precision Turbo and Engine introduces new stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet turbine housing with a .82 A/R, for a superior performance of turbochargers with 58mm, 62mm, and 66mm CEA turbine wheels. PTE’s new V-band inlet/outlet turbine housing is equipped with a standard 3 5/8” V-band turbine discharge and V-band clamps for a tighter secure seal, providing improved heat retention for a higher velocity, without the warping.

Precision Turbo and Engine has introduced a stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet turbine housing to its line of available options. Designed to fit Precision turbochargers with 58mm, 62mm, and 66mm CEA turbine wheels, the new PTE stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet turbine housings are available with a .82 A/R for superior performance on a wide variety of applications.

Equipped with a standard 3 5/8″ V-band turbine discharge, PTE’s new stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet housings allow the turbo position to be clocked 360° for ease of installation. An added benefit of using V-band clamps, potentially leaky gaskets and breakable bolts are no longer necessary: V-band clamps provide a stronger, tighter and more secure seal. Additionally, the more compact size and streamlined design of PTE’s stainless steel turbine housings will allow for greater clearances in tight spaces.

The new stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet turbine housings can withstand higher temperatures without warping, and offer improved heat retention which can enhance performance as the exhaust gasses will be kept hotter and therefore moving at a higher velocity.
