Strange Engineering Announces 2017 Contingency Program For Racers


Since 1964 Strange Engineering has been involved with creating some of the best driveline and suspension parts for drag racing. The Illinois based company’s components can be found at every level of drag racing, including factory-built hot rods like the Mopar Drag Pak Dodge Challenger, Cobra Jet Ford Mustang, and Chevrolet’s COPO Camaro. For 2017, Strange Engineering wants to give their customers something besides just great products with their generous contingency programs for the NHRA, NMCA, and NMRA.

Racing isn’t a cheap endeavor by any stretch, so anytime a racer can get some extra contingency money in their pocket from a company for winning with their products, that’s a great thing. For the 2017 racing season, Strange Engineering is making available to racers in the NHRA $80,000 in contingency money if they win using Strange Axles at all national events.

Strange Engineering will also be helping their loyal customers who race in the NMCA and NMRA in 2017, as well. At all of the scheduled races for the two series, racers who use both Strange axles and brakes are eligible to claim over $90,000 in contingency money if they win using Strange Engineering products.

Collecting the contingency money from Strange Engineering is simple and just requires a decal and the parts be verified as on the car at the event. Racers don’t need to worry about providing receipts or anything additional. The contingency decals for those who participate at the NMCA and NMRA races are even provided at the registration trailer.
