The wheels on your car make a statement about your personality as well as the personality of the car. Race Star Wheels helps people looking to go fast give their car the desired performance and specific appearance. Their new 95 Recluse, 32 Mirage, one piece forged racing wheel, and 82 Prolite all have distinct looks that will set off the lines of any modern musclecar, help it perform at the track and fit like a glove right out of the box.
The 95 Recluse wheel is an aluminum wheel that will come in finishes that include chrome, black chrome, and two-tone metallic grey with machined lip. According to Race Star Wheels L.B. Davis these wheels are something that new car owners will love. “These wheels are for all late model musclecars like Camaros, Mustangs, CTS-V, Corvettes, and Hellcat Challenger. We’re the only company that makes an 18×5 front runner for the Hellcat Challenger that fits over their larger brakes. These wheels have a 1,580 pound load rating so they can be used on the street too.”
Race Star Wheels also introduced a killer retro wheel that fits several different cars. “We brought out the 32 Mirage and made for musclecars. This wheel just has that classic salt flat look people love. These wheels will fit the late model Camaros and Challengers along with other classic muscle cars. It comes in a polished finish and a machined lip with the polished gray centers,” Davis says.
Another big wheel introduction at PRI 2016 is Race Star’s one piece forged racing wheel. “This wheel I’m extremely proud of, it just came out of design. It’s our new single piece forged race wheel. It has a polished look with the black machined finish in the middle. It is a one piece wheel forged race wheel that will come out at price points that will be competitive with the rest of the market. It will lend itself to the late model muscle car fitments,” Davis explains.
Finally, Race Star Wheels is bringing back a classic look with their 82 Prolite wheel. “We wanted to make a wheel that guys were putting on their cars back in the 80s and 90s. It matches that look and has some different finishes than you would normally see on a wheels from that era. Comes in black chrome and the metallic chrome with the machine lip finish,” Davis says.
