The Holly Springs Motorsports Park in Mississippi held its annual Fall Brawl over the weekend, and it once again lived up to the tradition of record-breaking numbers, highlighted by Joel Greathouse recording the first 4.7-second run ever in the MX235 class. At the close of the weekend, it was Mark Woodruff hoisting the hardware in the headliner Radial Wars category, as he defeated Daniel Pharris in a spectacular 4.026 to 4.029 final round matchup. In X275, world record holder Rich Bruder and Jared Johnston tangled in what became the quickest side-by-side racing in class history, with Bruder taking the win, 4.38 to a 4.40. And in MX235, Greathouse continued his weekend-long dominance of the class, running a scintillating, world record 4.786 to defeat Ray Parsons’ 4.796 in what was also the quickest side-by-side race in the class’ history.
