The 5.3-liter LS engine has been swapped into just about any vehicle you can think of thanks to its size and performance potential. There are still plenty of these engines out there, and if you’re looking to add some performance to your 5.3-liter engine Brodix now offers a direct replacement set of cylinder heads.

Brodix’s 5.3 heads are perfect for anybody that wants to boost their engine’s performance without any significant modifications. The heads feature a 61cc chamber, 245cc intake port, 2.02 intake valve, and 1.550 exhaust valve. Brodix claims these heads will provide a 40-50 horsepower gain over the factory cylinder heads.

“This brand new head gives you room to grow above what the OEM cylinder head is capable of. These heads have plenty of material in all the right places, so that means you can really port the heads without having to worry about having any issues. The heads are sold as bare castings right now, but we’ll eventually offer valves with them,” says Mark Fretz from Brodix.

The cool thing about these 5.3-liter heads is they already come from Brodix with some work done to them. Each set of cylinder heads has received a full CNC bowl blend, CNC chamber job, valve job, and have been port matched. These heads are also currently in stock and available directly from Brodix.
