Dayco’s Powerbond balancer line brings innovation to engine tuning. Manufactured at Dayco’s Australian facility, these balancers are built for LS-series engines and deliver precise performance, tailored to specific needs. The LS7 supercharger balancer, for example, is 10 percent overdriven, spinning the supercharger — and accessories — faster to generate more boost. On the other hand, the 10 percent underdriven balancer reduces parasitic drag from accessories, making it perfect for racing applications where efficiency is critical. Every Powerbond balancer is SFI-approved, guaranteeing safety and reliability in motorsports.

For drag racers, Dayco’s blower belts are a game-changer. Developed alongside Tony Stewart Racing and Coletta Racing, these 11 mm pitch belts are engineered for alcohol and nitrous systems in high-overdrive setups. Amanda Hoover, a long-time tester of Dayco’s belts, highlighted their remarkable durability. “We’ve gone from getting one or two runs on older belts on high-overdrive setups, to up to nine runs with Dayco’s.” she shared. “For lower overdrive applications, we’re seeing 30 or more passes without failure.”
