The VP113 is oxygenated to street gas levels, and is formulated for naturally aspirated engines with compression ratios upwards of 14:1. It creates up to 2% more horsepower than competing 110 octane fuels, with gains of 3-4% in applications with poor or marginal fuel vaporization qualities. It’s oxygenation also creates a higher effective octane rating and greater protection against detonation.
