Event Preview: Summer Speed Spectacular & PSCA Heads-Up Hootenanny

After the PSCA’s Street Car Super Nationals race in July was postponed due to heavy rain, the event has been scheduled to merge with the Heads-Up Hootenanny portion of the Summer Speed Spectacular on August 13-14 at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois.

As the Summer Speed Spectacular already featured many of the SCSN’s most prominent classes, the schedule adjustment works perfectly to give fans even more nonstop drag racing action.

Classes including Pro Xtreme, X275, Limited Drag Radial, Outlaw Big Tire No Time, Small Tire No Time, and more will be contested under the lights at the St. Louis area’s premier drag racing facility. The event will also feature two days of NHRA JEGS Super Quick competition, the Nostalgia Drag Racing League, a Jr. Dragster exhibition, and special match races.

The Summer Speed Spectacular and PSCA Heads-Up Hootenanny will be shown live RIGHT HERE from World Wide Technology Raceway on August 13-14.
