Out of all the power-adders at a racer’s disposal, nitrous oxide causes the most violent chains of events to happen inside an engine. The development of the Pro 120 nitrous and Pro Nitrous Extreme fuels came from a need Renegade saw in the racing community for a special blend of fuel aimed at nitrous applications that’s different from regular racing fuels. Since nitrous increases cylinder pressure when burned, it can create challenges for standard racing fuels in the burn process. Racers using nitrous will see a benefit with this fuel as it provides extra protection from the wear that comes from a power-adder and makes their tuning window more consistent. Sometimes racers will see their fuel as being lean due to the complete combustion, but that is not the case.  Renegade’s race fuels with their tight fuel curves many times will allow a racer the ability to richen up their combination a touch to protect during nitrous use while still experiencing a more complete burn.

Renegade’s Pro Nitrous Extreme fuel is designed for racers that are spraying 350 to over 1800 horsepower worth of nitrous on a single or multi-stage kit. The Pro 120 nitrous fuel is great for racers who are using 100 to 1200 horsepower worth of nitrous at the track in engines requiring a high octane fuel.
